These two exceptional young artists, have been warmly received and garlanded with prizes wherever they have performed.
Meera Maharaj has played at the Concertgebouw, Bridgewater Hall, Wigmore Hall, Kings Place, Royal Festival Hall and Royal Albert Hall, where she recently played Principal Flute with Chineke! Orchestra at the BBC Proms.
Dominic Degavino has performed concerts in venues across the United Kingdom and beyond, including concerto performances with the Manchester Camerata and RNCM Symphony Orchestra. Alongside work as a soloist, he is a passionate chamber musician, accompanist, and jazz player, performing wide array of ensembles, including the Mithras Trio.
They share a love of jazz, as well as contemporary classical music and endeavour to incorporate these interests into their recitals.
They promise us a lovely Midsummer evening of music making.
